Our Client in Oman is looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage a combined ATM Switch replacement and EMV implementation projects.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Integrated project management covering all phases of project management from p roject initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and reporting to control and closure
- Validate technical and business requirements, specifications, identifying gaps and pre-empting action
 - Understand and review the architecture, the design, specifications and technical documents related to the project
-  Stakeholder management
-  Budget preparation, monitoring, tracking and reporting
-  Vendor management - RFP, selection, contracting, deliveries.
Coordination with multiple vendors for various system development
-  Coordination with users for workflow, integrating individual modules, System testing
-  Issue/Risk handling for projects and timely escalation to management
-  Integrating the project plan with other ongoing projects, negotiating and securing resources with other teams
-  Foresee / identify potential risks and propose timely mitigations. 

Mandatory requirements:
- At least 10 years experience with minimum 5 years in managing cards related projects end to end
-  Thorough domain knowledge and demonstrated practical experience in payments card industry a. Technical, operational, Visa, MasterCard standards, implementation experience essential
- Thorough knowledge of card technology particularly Debit cards - card issuance, processing, settlements, reconciliation, dispute management etc.
- Good knowledge of EMV acquiring and issuing equipped with the latest developments in the industry
- Good track record of implementation - requirements, system testing, certification, international standards relating to payments card industry
- Good understanding of complex network of ATMs/CDMs and architecture including middleware integration.
 - Experience in managing complex migration
 - Good Problem Resolving, Analytical Skills , communication (writing and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Desirable attributes:
- Good understanding and implementation experience of Postilion suite of products

- Familiarity with the emerging technologies such as Contactless, NFC, Mobile payments 

Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor degree and above
- PMP
